Heather had a softball game that lasted today for 3 hours. OH my it was a long game but it was a close game. Pittsfield 21-New Durum 24. It was a really good game and Heather did great. Heather got to pitch the first 3 innings of the game. During each of the three innings she striked 2 players out for a total of 6. Most of the points for New Durum came during the last 3 innings. But we have to remember that all players need to have a chance to practice different positions.
Heather had a great time and it was a great boost in self-confidence for her. Oh by the way she hit the ball a few times as well.
